I started as a mobile beauty therapist after being made redundant, built my business alongside corporate sales, went all in after baby number two, and mastered premium positioning to create consistent multi four-figure weeks from home.
Now I coach high-achieving beauty CEOs to scale with structure, energy, and intention. Beauty professionals to implement my Limitless Growth Cycle™ and CEO execution systems, helping them 2–5X revenue while simplifying their operations.
WHAT IT TOOK
MY YOUNGER DAYS
At 13, I was sweeping floors in a salon. At 16, I was in retail. After college, I freelanced in fashion styling while working in visual merchandising, choosing real experience over a degree.
At 20, I moved into financial sales to buy my first home.
2011
I retrained in beauty and launched my mobile business while working a new corporate sales role.
2015-2018
I moved into a salon. Two years after that, my little girl arrived and I co-founded a clothing brand designing and printing mum and baby pieces.
2018
I quit my sales career to go all in on beauty from home. It was the boldest decision of my life.
2019
In that season, I realised something powerful , I wasn’t just meant to build businesses, I was meant to build leaders. Soon after, I became certified in Coaching & NLP and founded The Beauty Build in 2021.
2022-2023
Baby number three arrived and my coaching business was thriving. I took three weeks off. And 2023, I was back on stage talking at an event for Hona and launched The Beauty Build Podcast.
2024-2025
I was invited to judge the Scratch Stars Awards. Became a columnist for Scratch Magazine and judged for the second year running.
PRESENT
Today, I lead ambitious beauty CEOs to scale profitable businesses that support their life not consume it.
